Weed Abatement Requirements for all Owners
Weed abatement is mandatory for all properties within Tuhaye, including completed homes, homes under construction, and vacant lots. All property owners must provide verification that weed abatement services will be performed on their property. We encourage owners to schedule service with a weed abatement company of their choice, with the first treatment completed in May. Weed abatement must be performed a minimum of three (3) times per year—spring, summer, and fall. If verification of three annual treatments is not provided, the HOA will arrange for weed abatement to be performed at the owner’s expense. Charges may include labor, materials, and any associated costs, including attorney fees if applicable. If you purchased or closed on your property mid-year, please contact your service provider and provide verification that weed abatement has been scheduled for the remaining required treatments.
